They say that you can’t turn back the hands of time, but there is a procedure now that allows doctors to turn back the effects of time. I am one of the many people who suffered from what some call “old eyes”. Since my mid-forties my ability to read without reading glasses has become progressively worse.

Sure, I had really cute, stylish glasses, but what a hassle. I don’t know how many pairs I owned. It seemed I was always looking for my glasses.
Then last year I tried wearing one contact lens for reading. That was one of the best things I had ever done (until CK). No longer was I a prisoner to my reading glasses. I was thrilled. Then I heard about Dr. Smith and CK. I thought that if wearing a contact lens had been such a life changing act, wouldn’t it be great to not even have to fool with that? So, I had a consultation with Dr. Smith and felt very comfortable with both him and his staff and decided to go for it.

I had the procedure this year on my birthday and it was the best gift I have ever given myself. Moments after the procedure I could read without glasses or a contact. It has been two months now and it has done nothing but get better. My friends are all jealous. I should probably see about getting a finder’s fee for everyone who gets it done because of me.

So, hopefully this will help someone who might be wondering whether to do it or not…just do it!

I just wanted to pass along my appreciation for the wonderful job you and your staff did for me last month. I was a little apprehensive about having lasik eye surgery performed, however the experience has been very rewarding. I still reach for my glasses whenever I look up to see the score on a basketball game on TV, only to find that I no longer own a pair.
